To obtain a replacement for lost certificates:
Send the student's name, all the course information that you can remember (course name, location, approximate date), a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope and $25 to: TCI 3320 Miranda Court Green Bay, WI 54301
The replacement certificate will be a WI DOJ compliant certificate. We can not issue a replica NRA Certificate for any NRA course.

Wisconsin CCW Training and Certificate Requirements All NRA courses taught and NRA Certificates issued by TCI or Fox Valley Technical College meet the WI DOJ training and certificate requirements. The Joint Committee for the Review of Administrative Rules has suspended the 4 hour training mandate and the verbiage required on training certificates as written in Emergency Rule 114.
